Leadership Team

• Frank D’Angelo - Executive Chairman, Monitise Inc.

  Frank joined Monitise after holding prominent executive positions at Metavante and FIS, the largest financial services company in the world. While at FIS, Frank was Executive Vice President of Payment Solutions and he served as chairman for the Monitise business in the US.

   

  Previously, Frank spent nearly 20 years in senior positions at Diebold, a worldwide leading supplier of ATMs and security systems, and before that he served 10 years at Burroughs (now Unisys) and held roles with IBM.

• Lisa Stanton - General Manager, Visa Inc.

  Lisa is responsible for Monitise’s partnership with Visa Inc.  She previously held the position of CEO of Monitise Americas, joining in early 2007 to help set up the joint venture with Metavante, which is now part of FIS. Prior to joining Monitise Americas, Lisa spent 16 years in various leadership roles with Citizens Financial Group, and has extensive knowledge of the US payments networks, affinity programs, and innovative payments advancements, including contactless transactions.

• Soren Bested - Executive Vice President and General Manager, FIS

  Soren is responsible for Monitise’s partnership with FIS, as well as extending the Monitise ecosystem within the United States. Prior to joining Monitise Group, Soren was Head of the World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneers programme and during this period also launched the Global Growth Companies programme. Soren was previously a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of CordLife Pte Ltd, Asia’s leading stem cell technology company.
