Geeta Gopalan

Geeta has had a distinguished career in international banking across Asia, Europe and the US.

She spent 16 years with Citigroup where her experience included stints in New York, London, Mumbai and Delhi running corporate cash management and trade services businesses across multiple geographies in the US, Europe, Middle East, South Asia, Africa and the UK. She ended her stay at Citigroup as the Managing Director of Citi’s UK Retail bank. Geeta then joined HBOS in 2006 as Director of Payments Services business. She has served on the Board of Directors of the UK Payments Council as well as VocaLink, the Payments Infrastructure provider in the UK.
